Female, spiritual, therianthrope.  Artist, gamer, priestess.  Beta, married, devoted.  Chaote, adept, seeker.

I'm not touchy-feely, I'm not 'fluffy,' and I'm prone to biting when annoyed.  All the same, I revel in pure spirituality and in the feeling one gets when an idea is expressed and shared and really understood by a group of people.

I am female by biology, physically, and in orientation.  I recognize my male half and celebrate it, and much like with my therianthropy I try to blend myself so I'm never 'switching' between mindsets.

I am spiritual because I walk no set religious path.  In October of '06 I'll be travelling to the only historical altar to my Goddess, Ancasta.  I am a Priestess in Her name, as well as in the name of Summanus.

I am a lupine/corvine hybrid therianthrope, because I believe I was born with the soul of a non-human animal.  I am primarily lupine, though there are a few crow-feathers that crop up in my fur from time to time.  No, I do not physically shift.  I'm working toward something called contherianthropy, which is to be balanced in your nature as a therian.  It means that my perceptions and mind are never too human, too lupine, nor too corvine.  I experience a constant phantom shift, which is to say that I 'feel' fur on my body, a muzzle, ears, a tail, a different build on my frame, etc.

I am an artist because I enjoy the way it feels to create.  I love music and play with its creation, but primarily I draw.  My medium is a Wacom Intuos3 tablet, and my canvas exists on a Macintosh G5 in Painter and Photoshop; and on the web.

I am a gamer because I enjoy things that challenge my mind:  World of Warcraft is social and interactive, Sudoku is solitary and logical.  Console and handheld games are a constant for me – Megaman X Maverick Hunters is a recent one I picked up for the PSP, while the Fatal Frame series is an old favourite.

I am a Priestess of Ancasta & Summanus, a Servant of Bast and Sehkmet, a reveller in the joys of Bacchus, and a Student of life above almost all else.

I am the beta to my alpha and high-priestess.  I take the same stance in life as a whole – I come second if I can do for another.  I do take time to treat myself, and to attend to my own needs;  but this is just what I do and how I do it.  Not everyone is meant to lead, after all.

I am married to a wonderful, wonderful person.  We were married in October '06, and went to London for a week on our honeymoon.

I am devoted to many, many things.  I cannot and will not attempt to list them here, but you're welcome to speak with me and discern them on your own.

I am a chaote because it allows me to function within balance/chaos as I feel most comfortable.  I will not go into it here, but if you're interested, there's an interesting article on the subject I can send you.

I am an adept, and I say it without any intent to brag.  I have walked this path since I was young, and I have studied the things I have an interest in and consider them to be an art.  There is always room for more information, and I never stop learning; but at this point in my life I am adept at what I do.

I am a seeker of other therians, chaotes, adepts, friends, family, seekers, students, teachers, priests, priestesses, the Divine, the Balance, the Chaos, the All, the Nothing.
